AmiChat
Amichat is a platform for building conversational AI assistants. I worked on the redesign of the internal platform used to create and manage chatbots — not the public marketing site. My role was to rethink the user experience, improve usability, and expand functionality to support more complex chatbot logic and workflows.

Problems
The existing interface lacked clarity and scalability, making it difficult to manage more advanced bot structures.
UX patterns were inconsistent, and the platform didn’t support key features like branching logic, version control, or visual clarity in complex flows.
Users had difficulty understanding how to structure conversations or collaborate within teams.

Process
I began with an in-depth audit of the current platform and user interviews to uncover friction points and identify gaps. Based on this, I proposed a new information architecture and redesigned key flows to support scalable conversation design. I introduced logic-based modules, improved the visual layout of the editor, and added features like step-by-step flow building, preview/testing modes, and clearer state management. Throughout the process, I collaborated closely with developers to ensure technical feasibility and smooth implementation.

Result
The redesigned platform significantly improved usability for both new and experienced users. It allowed for faster chatbot creation, better overview of logic flows, and easier team collaboration. These improvements laid the foundation for more robust AI assistant deployment and future feature expansion.
